C. Larry Peters, CEO, Chairman of the Board

Oversees and maintains the company vision. Oversees all areas of the company and is the final approval on all major financial obligations. Seeks business opportunities and strategic alliances with other organizations. Oversees, develops and establishes policies and objectives of business organization in accordance with board directives and company charter. Directs and coordinates financial programs to provide funding for new or continuing operations in order to increase productivity. Identifies and sets strategy for reaching foreign markets.
A graduate of Brigham Young University, Mr. Peters’ professional experience includes many different areas in the health care service industry. He has been involved in product marketing, sales territory development, product design and development, supervising installation crews, developing our existing distributor network and overseeing national and international sales.
At GTE Sylvania, as Area Manager, Mr. Peters was involved in the development of The Mark V nurse call system, the development and implementation of the Western States sales territories, and the development of sales programs for the healthcare division of the Sylvania Commercial Electronics Division. After learning the basic techniques of sales, marketing and the manufacturing of hospital communications, he worked with North American Philips. While working for Philips, he was involved in merging the health care and lodging divisions as well as developing sales and marketing strategies. He also developed sales, installation, service and marketing offices. Mr. Peters enjoyed considerable success as Area Manager, however, he became interested in developing computerized nurse call systems. He left to form West-Com in 1983.
Jonathan Peters, Vice President
Jonathan has more than 26 years’ experience in the healthcare communications field including installation, management and sales. He has been selling the West-Call product line since 2003 throughout California, Oregon and Nevada. In addition to the nurse call line, Jonathan provides healthcare communication solutions for Clinics including the design of the clinic flow system, infant Security, RTLS and wireless devices.
He became Vice President in 2009 and oversees the sales team, as well as the installation office. Jonathan is an active participant in the product development committee which is geared toward increasing West-Com’s ability to meet the end user’s needs. Under Jonathan’s leadership, West-Com has been Top Producer for six of the last 10 years and always in the top five.
Dania Atanassova-Een, Controller
B.S. in Accounting, California State University at Chico.
Ms. Atanassova-Een directs the financial affairs for West-Com, and prepares financial analysis of operations for guidance of management. She prepares reports, which outline the company’s financial position in areas of income, expenses and earnings (based on past, present and future operations), and directs preparation of budgets and financial forecasts and is a valuable management member.
Ms. Atanassova-Een has been with West-Com since 2005. She began her career in finance in 1992 as an Accounting Manager at a manufacturing facility in Sacramento California. Later she made the transition in to the retail/wholesale industry as a Controller. In 2001 Dania relocated to South Carolina where she assumed the position of Controller for a multi-million dollar Tier II Automotive Supplier.
George Ghassan, Director of Sales- Southern California
George Ghassan has recently joined the West Com team to serve the hospitals and senior living communities of Southern California. He has spent the past three years as the purchasing manager for a national distributor of wired/wireless nurse call, wander management, CCTV, access control, asset tracking, and patient/resident engagement applications. Over the past three years, he was able to help hundreds of acute care and senior living communities across the country purchase the best solution with respect to their individualized needs and budget. He now looks forward to aiding Southern California with their complex purchases of hospital Communications Systems.
