NWONL 2022 Annual Conference

Welcome! Northwest Organization of Nurse Leaders (NWONL) is the largest, oldest and most respected regional professional Nursing Leader group in Washington and Oregon with Members Leaders hailing from 130 healthcare and directly related organizations across both states. We are looking forward to our first in-person event since 2019 and welcome you to join us as a trusted Corporate Partner. Invitation is first come-first served, offered to Corporate Partners with an established NWONL or affiliate relationship first (AONL, ACNL). What to Expect This event will be limited to primarily Senior Nurse Leaders from across the Northwest. Beyond topic presenters, we will focus on gathering to share stories, lessons learned, strategy for the present and future and engagement on current relevant topics and to reconnect. The NWONL events are highly interactive and an outstanding opportunity to network, rekindle relationships and create new ones. This event will include CE for Nursing Leaders, a strong and relevant affiliate presence and support from our selected Corporate Partners. The location was selected for both comfort and convenience, to allow as many leaders as possible the opportunity to attend and maximize our time spent together. The DoubleTree by Hilton will provide Event Attendees a preferred conference rate should they desire lodging. The Event is designed to be exclusive, NWONL Members and affiliates (AONL and ACNL) have priority access to the event and membership pricing. Non-members who are Nursing Leaders and qualified affiliates will be offered attendance after the Member Offering period has ended. Offerings NWONL is offering two opportunities, single Session Sponsorship and Corporate Partner Hall (only) attendance. Each session sponsorship includes Corporate Partner hall attendance. Partners can use the accompanying event registration system or respond to this invitation with their intention to commit, including what special offerings are desired and number of vendor hall slots.  Session Sponsorships Each session is allowed one exclusive Sponsorship and includes the Corporate Partner Hall. Day one Session Sponsorships are $2,200. Day 2 Session Sponsorships are $2,650. They are available on a first-come basis.  Evening Panel Discussion $2,200. Day one, June 2nd, 4 - 5pm - open to all attendees. One Corporate Partner is invited to sponsor and attend the Panel Discussion, to include ad formal introduction and space for exclusive branding and allowance for Partner gift/game/raffle or related plus Corporate Partner Hall admission (below). Evening Social Gathering $2,200. Day one, June 2nd, 5 - 7pm for renewing relationships and friendships and building new ones with peer Leaders from across our Region - open to all attendees. One Corporate Partner is invited to sponsor and attend the Social Gathering, to include a formal introduction and space for exclusive branding and allowance for Partner gift/game/raffle or related plus Corporate Partner Hall admission (below). (BOOKED) Morning Breakfast and Welcome, $2,650. Day two, June 3rd, flowing into the morning session - open to all attendees.  One Corporate Partner is invited to sponsor the Breakfast and Welcome session, to include a formal introduction and space for exclusive branding and allowance for Partner gift/game/raffle or related plus Corporate Partner Hall admission (below). Afternoon Lunch and Social, $2,650. Day two, June 3rd, flowing into afternoon sessions - open to all attendees. One Corporate Partner is invited to sponsor the Lunch and Social, to include a formal introduction and space for exclusive branding and allowance for Partner gift/game/raffle or related plus Corporate Partner Hall admission (below). Corporate Partner Hall (only) Day Two, June 3rd, All Day. $1650 Full Day. We are limiting the hall to 18 Corporate Partners to specifically concentrate in the foyer area for maximum interaction with attendees.

The Partner Hall will be in the foyer area where buffet style breakfast and lunch is served.

Tables will be provided by the site and time built into the attended schedule to encourage Partner engagement

One associate is invited to attend all member sessions and meal events, to include CE credit if desired and applicable.

Additional associates will be accommodated on a first request basis at member cost after NWONL Members have secured attendance.
